If you have been diagnosed with KRAS, one of the most important things you can do is to see an oncologist who specializes in your specific type of cancer.

These doctors should have experience treating many other patients like you, involved in ongoing research and have clinical trials available for you. When it comes to treating cancer, expertise can affect your outcome.

Our LUNGevity team strives to ensure this specialist list remains current. Please be aware that individual provider circumstance may change without our knowledge. Should you find a discrepancy in our listing or need further assistance, please email us at support@lungevity.org. Our team is always here to assist you.

How can I find a specialist?

Use the locator map above to find specialists in your area. Choose your state to begin your search. Once you find a list of doctors, you can then see who you want to learn more about before making an appointment.

The Healthcare Providers (HCPs) selected for inclusion on the map have demonstrated clinical and scientific expertise in the area of KRAS mutated non-small cell lung cancer. This means that they treat a significant number of patients per year and participate in research activities such as clinical trials and publications to advance the treatment of the disease.

The list of HCPs is updated on a quarterly basis and any changes will be reflected after updates have taken place.

LUNGevity Foundation has partnered with Komodo Health to leverage the largest, most comprehensive healthcare map in the US to identify leading HCPs who treat patients with KRAS-driven lung cancer.

The healthcare practitioners who are listed on this page must meet certain criteria to be included in this list. They must:

  1. Treat and manage a large number of patients with lung cancer
  2. Have published research and be participating in clinical trials for KRAS-driven lung cancer
If your doctor is not on this list, it does NOT mean that they aren't capable or qualified to treat you or your loved one. You may work with any physician whom you are comfortable with. This list only includes those doctors who specialize in this particular type of lung cancer.

As KRAS treatments become more mainstream, this list is expected to grow, and additional specialist names may be added in the future.
